(Evening and early mornings are available) Our delivery service slots are organised by our sales team who will be in direct contact with you to arrange a date we can deliver to you, normal procedure is kirb side delivery only however if you do require the products to be placed in your back garden this is possible, there will be a charge and you will need to discuss it with our sales team.

How are deliveries arranged?A member of our sales team will contact you 24 – 48 hours of your order being placed to arrange a delivery date and time.

How soon can I expect my delivery?Delivery is within 2 to 5 working days although you have the option of next day delivery subject to availability. This can change during peak season. A member of our sales team will contact you to confirm a delivery date. For bespoke items please allow 7 working days.

Do I need to be in for my delivery?It is preferable that somebody is available to take delivery of the goods. If this is not possible we can deliver to your safe place. Responsibility for the goods pass to the customer at delivery point. We accept no liability for loss or damage to the goods.

What is your return and cancellations policy?Cancellation rights (distance and off-premises contracts only): Cancellation rights will continue to apply to off-premises and distance contracts only. The cancellation period will extend from the current 7 calendar days (for off-premises) and 7 working days (for distance sales) to 14 calendar days for both to give consumers more time to change their minds. Consumers should return items within 14 days of cancellation. Online and other distance or off-premises traders will be able to withhold refunds until goods are returned (or evidence of return is provided) and they can reduce the amount of money refunded for goods returned which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected. Traders must refund within 14 days of cancellation of service contract or receipt of goods (or of evidence of the consumer returning them). Where the consumer cancels a contract, any ancillary contract (such as a warranty or credit agreement) is automatically cancelled.
